Here are some rules:
1. Don't say that you made them. If you use the lineart to color, don't say you drew it.
2. If you want to link back to this page (from your NON-NEOPETS site) it's appreciated, but not required
3. Don't make any money off of them
4. Don't do anything too weird with them. Email me if you're not sure!
5. Don't remove my signature. I tried to make it as unobtrustive as possible.
6. Don't do anything illegal?? Not sure what that could possibly be, nor do I want to
7. Have fun!!!
